Cults Business Park, Knight Property Group

KNIGHT Property Group has completed three new lettings at the recently refurbished Cults Business Park in Aberdeen.

The latest tenants include car works business Motorwerks, Revive Fitness (a personal trainer opening a new gym), and MacKinnons LLP, a firm of solicitors. Knight said the deals showcase the ‘diverse appeal of the park’, which offers adaptable spaces for a variety of occupiers.

A limited number of units remain available at Cults Business Park, ranging from 845 sq ft to 3,182 sq ft.

Dan Mitchell, management surveyor for Knight Property Group, said, “We are delighted to welcome three dynamic businesses to Cults Business Park. The variety of tenants – from professional services to commercial and fitness – demonstrates the flexibility of our space and the strong demand for well-located, high-quality premises.”

Ryden and Graham + Sibbald are joint agents. Dan Stalker, senior surveyor at Ryden, added, “We’ve seen strong interest in Cults Business Park, with these latest deals reinforcing the appeal of well-connected, versatile space in Aberdeen. Demand remains high and we still have fantastic opportunities available for businesses looking for quality accommodation in a thriving location.”
