LUCY Yates has been appointed as a senior surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s Edinburgh office.
Previously with Galbraith, Lucy brings more than six years’ experience to the role and will be working with both the office and industrial & logistics teams. A graduate from Heriot-Watt University with an MSc in real estate and development, Lucy also holds a BSc in international hospitality management from Robert Gordon University.
Away from the office, Lucy, from North Berwick, is a keen open water swimmer.
