ALLIED Surveyors Scotland has promoted Kevin Keane FRICS to director of operations.
Kevin, who spent more than a decade at e.surv Chartered Surveyors and is a board member of RICS in Scotland, joined Allied in 2023 as quality and training manager and is said to have been ‘instrumental’ in supporting the professional development of the company’s surveyors and strengthening relationships with panel manager and lenders.
In his new role, he will be tasked with enhancing efficiencies, maintaining key relationships and driving growth initiatives.
Kevin said, “I’ve really enjoyed my time at Allied Surveyors Scotland, working alongside a fantastic team that takes great pride in what they do. Moving into this new role gives me the opportunity to contribute further to the business, supporting its continued growth and ensuring we remain well-positioned for the future.”
The move follows the retirement of Len Marsh. Allied described Len as a ‘highly respected and valued’ member of the business, adding that he has made ‘significant contributions’ to the firm, helping to shape its operational success whilst ensuring ‘high standards across the business’.
Chairman Grant Robertson said, “Len has been a vital part of Allied Surveyors Scotland and his leadership and expertise have played a key role in our continued growth. His commitment to excellence has been unwavering, and we sincerely thank him for his years of service. We wish him a long and enjoyable retirement.”
