CALA Homes (West) is to unveil a collection of bespoke apartments and duplexes following its refurbishment of a historic building in the Jordanhill area of Glasgow.
The former student residence, which was part of the Jordanhill Teaching College, has been transformed and completely refurbished as Cala’s second renovation project at its west end development.
Graham House, part of the original teaching campus, sits adjacent to the B-listed David Stow building, which has also been transformed into luxury apartments. The former student residences for the teaching school will offer 20 bespoke apartments and duplexes, each with a unique design and blend of modern interiors along with the building’s historic façade.
The new apartments will launch off plan this weekend with prospective buyers invited to Jordanhill Park to discuss floorplans, layouts, specifications, and more with the sales team whilst enjoying drinks and nibbles.
The collection of apartments will include a range of one, two, and three-bedroom properties, with some ready to move in as early as this summer, Cala said.
Suzanne McElhiney, sales and marketing director at Cala Homes (West), said, “We’ve experienced remarkable success at Jordanhill Park so far, especially with the award-winning David Stow building, due to the fact it has been fully restored and beautifully updated to provide high specification homes which are fit for contemporary, 21st century living.
“Graham House represents another unique renovation project for Cala in the West of Scotland, and we’re confident that just like our other homes at Jordanhill Park, this latest offering will quickly capture the interest of discerning buyers.
“I would highly encourage those interested to visit this weekend to find out more about these one-of-a-kind homes – we expect interest to be high especially as the David Stow building is now almost sold out.”
