AVANT Homes Scotland has been granted planning permission for 256 new homes in Cairneyhill, Fife.
The £68 million Keelyside View development will comprise a mix of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes. It will feature 13 of Avant’s house styles and include terraced, semi-detached and detached homes as well as townhouses. Of the 256 homes, a quarter have been designated to affordable housing.
Work is scheduled to start in July, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes by autumn 2026.
