TILBURY Douglas has completed the fit-out of Claver House in Dundee for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
The refurbishment of the DWP’s call handling centre included the replacement of lighting, redecoration, installation of new flooring, and renewal of welfare facilities. The project was delivered in two phases, ensuring the building remained operational with minimal disruption to staff.
To ensure the works were carried out safely and with minimal noise impact, Tilbury Douglas explained its team installed a 60m-long, 4m-high acoustic screen in the main hall area. Fume extraction equipment was used to control dust and fumes.
The project was handed over ahead of schedule.
