BTO has welcomed John Dunlop as a new partner in the firm’s real estate team, based in its Edinburgh office.
The appointment follows last month’s announcement of Paul Greenhill’s promotion to partner in Glasgow, as well as the recent recruitment of three new real estate solicitors across BTO’s Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
John brings to BTO experience in representing property developers, investors, commercial landlords and tenants. BTO added that he also offers significant expertise in acquisitions and disposals.

John’s recent experience includes the disposal of a multi-let retail and industrial park and it also spans acquisitions and strategic property portfolio management.
