DALUX has announced the expansion of its UK operations into Scotland, further solidifying the firm’s commitment to delivering ‘superior’ software solutions for the construction industry.
Founded in 2005, Dalux’s digital tools and 3D BIM technology are currently used by contractors, builders, and advisors in more than 140 countries.
Central to the company’s expansion is a goal of providing an ‘exceptional’ customer experience by being ‘local’ in key markets. By embedding the business within the communities it serves, Dalux revealed it aims to forge strong partnerships with construction professionals and projects, ensuring the ‘best-in-class’ implementation of its solutions.
The new Scottish hub is based in Glasgow and has been boosted by the appointment of Jamie Gray, who has over 30 years of experience in the Scottish construction sector, as new sales lead for Dalux Scotland.
Jamie’s career includes leadership roles such as director of document services and general manager at Hobs Reprographics (Glasgow), business manager at Space Solutions (Scotland), senior client relationship manager at Trimble Viewpoint (4Projects), and most recently, senior partner manager at Thinkproject (CEMAR).
Laura Knights, country manager, United Kingdom, said, “Establishing a local presence in Scotland is key to building meaningful relationships with construction professionals and projects. Jamie Gray’s deep roots and extensive experience in the Scottish construction industry make him the perfect fit to lead this effort.”
