CLARK Contracts has completed the £1 million cat B fit-out of the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) in Edinburgh.
The refurbishment of the 2,800 sq. ft building at Hillside Crescent comprised of both internal and external works to refresh two levels of the existing office space.
The works consisted of down takings and alterations to create new floor layouts followed by the installation of new partitions, and upgrading of wall, floor and ceiling finishes. An external metal clad wall was installed to create a new lobby at the main entrance.
Gerry Cummins, director of Clark Contracts, said, “We have enjoyed working with the team on this project for RNIB. Which has both refreshed the front of the building and created a fantastic internal space for their employees.”
