SPRINGFIELD has delivered 16 new homes in Milnathort for Kingdom Housing Association.

Located just off Curler Crescent, the one, two, and three-bedroom properties benefit from air source heating systems, high levels of insulation, and ‘responsibly sourced’ timber.

Springfield Partnerships MD Tom Leggeat said, “It’s always gratifying to see the positive impact affordable housing projects, like this one at Milnathort, can have and is an important reminder as to why we need more good quality homes in Scotland to address the stark undersupply. We have delivered over 10 projects with Kingdom Housing Association in recent years and are proud of what we have achieved together. We are already at advanced stages of discussion for another development and thoroughly looking forward to working with them again in the future.”

Tricia Hill, Kingdom Group development director added, “At Kingdom, we are committed to delivering high-quality, affordable homes that meet the needs of our customers while supporting the development of sustainable communities. The completion of these 16 energy-efficient homes in Milnathort is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through strong partnerships.”
