PAUL Macari has been appointed land director with Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West), following the retirement of Willie McDermott who held the position for many years.
Previously land director with Avant Homes and Miller Homes, Paul also worked alongside Willie as Bellway’s senior land manager, a position he held for three years from 2014.
A graduate in poperty valuation and development, Paul has held a number of senior management roles with housebuilders throughout his career.
Andy Wyles, northern regional charman, Bellway Homes (Scotland) said, “We’re delighted to welcome Paul and his wealth of experience and talent back into the business. Land buying continues to be competitive and challenging and having Paul at the helm will help support our delivery strategy.”
Headquartered in Hamilton, Bellway’s west division currently operates 12 live developments with new sites planned for 2025.
