ALLIED Surveyors Scotland has announced the appointment of Neil Kirk as a land and development surveyor.
He joins the business following a spell at Certus Property Consultants having previously been a partner in Knight Frank’s Edinburgh office for over six years. Mr Kirk started his career at Allied Surveyors in 2001 as a residential surveyor covering Perthshire and Dundee, before moving on to J&E Shepherd and Cushman & Wakefield.
His remit will focus on providing development appraisals, commercial valuations and mixed-use valuations across Scotland to a range of private clients and commercial lending institutions.
“This is an exciting move for me to come back to where it all started and also to join a dynamic, expanding and ambitious team,” he said.
Grant Robertson, chairman of Allied Surveyors Scotland, added, “Neil is a stellar signing for our business, and we are pleased to welcome him back to Allied Surveyors Scotland. He brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge and contacts which can only further bolster the commercial arm of our business.”
The move follows the recent appointment of Graeme Millar to the firm’s Dundee office to service the residential client base in Dundee and Angus.
