MAXI Construction has secured a £1.6 million contract from the City of Edinburgh Council to deliver RAAC roof replacement works at Pentland Primary School.
The project, which will be delivered in phases whilst the school is operational, involves the removal of existing roof coverings and ceilings, deconstruction and removal of existing RAAC roof decks, supply and installation of new roof structures and coverings together with associated ceiling finishes, and M&E works.
The project team includes principal designer, contract administrator, and quantity surveyor, Doig + Smith; structural engineer, Will Rudd Davidson; and mechanical and electrical engineer, Blackwood Partnership.
