DANDARA has broken ground on the next phase of its Hazelwood development in Aberdeen.
The collection of two to five-bedroom homes has been launched from plan at the housebuilder’s second west end development, The Grange, Hazledene Drive.
Homes at Hazelwood feature solar panels, contemporary fitted kitchens, thermostatically controlled showers, landscaped front gardens, and ‘generous’ rear gardens. Many of the homes will be complete with integral garages.
Stuart Dallas, head of construction at Dandara Scotland, said, “Since launching to the market, we have had a large number of enquiries, particularly from local families. With a wide variety of homes available at our latest phase, we’re looking forward to bringing 52 units of much needed housing to the area.
