SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors is bringing to market a major development opportunity close to Aberdeen city centre.

The four-acre site has Planning Permission in Principle for the construction of 258 residential units set over four and seven storeys, together with 360 sqm of retail and associated infrastructure.
