NHBC, the provider of new home warranties and insurance, has appointed Stefan Szymoszowskyj as regional director to lead customer relations with housebuilders in Scotland.
Stefan joined NHBC in 2019 as a senior engineer before progressing to principal engineer in early 2023. He previously worked as a structural engineer for Arup, Transport Scotland and Historic Environment Scotland.
“I’m thrilled to have been appointed regional director for Scotland,” Stefan said. “I look forward to strengthening even further the excellent relationships we enjoy with our Scottish builder customers, and to bringing my knowledge and experience of the industry in Scotland to the role.”
