GRAHAM has been appointed lead contractor by Frasers Group plc to fit out Dundee’s new FRASERS concept store, inclusive of Sports Direct, USC, Evans Cycles and GAME.
Located in the city’s Overgate Shopping Centre, in the former Debenham’s store, FRASERS Dundee will span three floors covering 65,000 sq ft.
GRAHAM is now underway with works which are anticipated to complete in spring 2025.
The project will complement wider investment being made across Overgate Shopping Centre, which was acquired by Frasers Group in March 2023.
The contract win underpins GRAHAM’s track record in the retail sector and follows the completion of a new Sports Direct store in Boucher Retail Park, Belfast. The 35,000 sq ft store was transformed over a 26-week period.
In a further appointment by Frasers Group, GRAHAM will also fit out the new Sports Direct store in the Trafford Palazzo shopping centre, Manchester.
