CALEDONIA Housing Association (CHA) has appointed two new executive directors to its leadership team.
Jill Fraser has been appointed executive director of operations and will oversee customer service, new build development, investment and regeneration, and support services. Jill joins from Manchester Airports Group where she is the transformation programme delivery director. She has previously held a number of senior operations roles across the UK and Australia.
Peter Fotheringham joins CHA as executive director of finance and will be responsible for finance and treasury management, IT and business improvement. Peter is a chartered accountant and is currently director of finance at the University of Dundee. His previous roles have included head of finance at Highland Spring Group, group financial controller at DC Thomson and a number of senior finance positions at Edrington Group.
