AVANT Homes Scotland has appointed Billy Green as head of customer care.
He previously spent 21 years at Stewart Milne Group in a variety of roles and has over 25 years of customer care experience within the housebuilding sector.
In his new role, Billy will be tasked with leading the region’s team to ensure every customer’s journey both pre and post-sale reflects Avant’s core values.
He said, “I am excited to have joined a business that is committed to customer-first service and look forward to leading a team of passionate and experienced customer care professionals. As a team, we want to provide each buyer with the best possible experience at every stage of their homebuying journey. Our commitment to continuous improvement will help drive us forward as Avant Homes Scotland launches more developments.”
Edinburgh-based Avant Homes Scotland currently has nine live developments. These range from Craigowl Law in Dundee to Draffen Park in Stewarton.
