DM Hall is marketing a fully secured industrial yard and building site in Springburn, Glasgow at offers over £1.25 million.
A closing date for the Hobden Street site has been set for midday on August 22. Instructed by FRP Advisory, the 4.9-acre site comprises a single-storey 4,805 sq ft office/training centre and a single-storey 7,366 sq ft industrial/warehouse building.
