GLASGOW-based communications consultancy Perceptive Communicators has been shortlisted in the Property Marketing Team of the Year category at the Herald Property Awards 2024.

This marks the fourth time that Perceptive has been shortlisted for the award, having won twice before in 2022 and 2018.

The award recognises teams who have demonstrated the added value and innovative practices they bring to organisations within the built environment.

MD Julie Moulsdale said, “As built environment specialists, we support the whole sector from architects and engineers to regeneration, housebuilders and commercial developers. We are delighted with this recognition not just for us but for five of our clients, AS Homes, Campion Homes, Cruden Group, Carmichael Homes and NVDC, who are also recognised, some of whom have been shortlisted several times.

“The property sector makes such a positive impact on society and resonates with our purpose of improving lives and transforming futures. With almost two decades of built environment experience, we have deep insight and amazing industry connections and we are proud to be recognised for our work in this key industry.”

Earlier this year, Perceptive was awarded ‘Supporting Organisation of the Year’ at the 2024 Homes for Scotland Awards and named in the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in the UK.

Martin McKay, chief executive of Clyde Gateway, a client of Perceptive for 10 years, added, “This recognition for Perceptive Communicators for their contribution and skill in the property sector is very well deserved. We have worked with them for a decade now and their support has  been instrumental in helping us deliver the transformation of Clyde Gateway. Perceptive are true industry specialists, with  a great commercial focus and passion for the industry.”
