BH FRC Ltd are breaking out and breaking into the construction industry
With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering under his belt, Director Ben Hall formed BH FRC Ltd in 2020 on his own. Today, BH FRC is a civil engineering company built upon knowledge, reliability and trust.
Providing groundwork, landscaping, formwork, reinforcement and concrete services across Scotland, BH FRC maintain a standard of excellence that flows through every project they take on. So far, the company has already built a diverse portfolio including commercial, residential, environmental and industrial projects.
Having just opened up their main office in Glasgow, Ben has brought on Garry Chambers as Construction Manager, Steven Campbell as Contracts Manager, Alan Kayes as Commercial Manager, Robert Kenney as Project Manager and Joseph Hough as Project Engineer.
“The goal for us is to continue making strides as a company,” Ben explains “Everyone in the team has a commitment to producing the highest quality work we can and raising the bar in the industry.”
In a relatively short time, BH FRC have already partnered with companies such as Deans Civil Engineering, CIDON, Luddon, George Leslie and most recently GRAHAM to name a few.
“Creating trusted and sustained partnerships is one of the most important commitments for us. We’re incredibly thankful to have worked alongside a number of companies in the industry and hope to continue this, for years to come,” says Steven Campbell, Contracts Manager.
BH FRC have also been making strides in their supply chain, ensuring that their suppliers are equally as reliable, committed and trusted. Ben and the team are aware of the importance of factoring in sustainability to their practices and actively seek to partner with suppliers that will not only form lasting relationships but also help achieve sustainability goals within the company. Ben notes, “We make informed, strategic decisions in who we work with. I have a lot of ambition, ideas and drive for the company and that includes all the little details too. All decisions big or small are carefully considered in order to achieve the best results.”
Future plans for the company include having the capabilities to take on apprentices. “I really value hands-on experience, pretty much everything I learned was through being on the job. So, I find it’s really important to be able to become somewhere that people can come on board to receive support and hands-on experience. I was never great in school but I did really excel once I was able to go onto a site, learn and get real-world work experience. I’d like BH FRC to be somewhere that can provide that for people.”
With a continuing upwards trajectory and no signs of slowing down, BH FRC Ltd are engaged, reliable and keen to support the wider construction industry through high-quality FRC packages.
“Ben and the team at BH FRC have demonstrated they are able to deliver the highest possible safety standards being implemented and maintained on a consistent basis. Health & Safety is at the forefront of the business.” John Chalmers, RMD Kwikform
