AVANT Homes Scotland has announced plans to host an open-house event at its £60 million, 165-home Carnethy Heights development in Penicuik on Saturday August 24 and Sunday August 25.
The housebuilder’s sales team will be on hand to advise potential buyers about the development and available incentives, such as part exchange. Visitors can also view two new four-bedroom homes for sale at the site.
The development comprises a mix of three, four, and five-bedroom homes.
