JOHN Hepburn has been promoted to regional director of McConnell in Scotland.
Described as an ‘integral’ and ‘influential’ part of the McConnell management team, John had been the Scotland region’s commercial director since November 2021 with the firm adding that the promotion is a ‘natural step’.
Chairman Rob McGregor said, “Since we took over McConnell in 2018, our revenue in Scotland has increased from £11 million to over £40 million. Promoting John to regional director, ensures we maintain a regional focus in Scotland, as the McConnell business continues to grow its presence there and in England.”
John commented, “I’m excited to be taking on the responsibility for leading our Scotland region. We have an amazing team of people and a fantastic culture, and I’m looking forward to building on the transformative success that we’ve enjoyed since Eamonn and Rob took over the company in 2018.”
