AVANT Homes Scotland has announced the release of the first family homes for sale at its £43.8 million Stewart’s Quarter development in Rosyth.
170 new homes are being delivered off Admiralty Road, comprising a mix of two, three, four, and five-bedroom properties.
The first homes to be released for sale include the three-bedroom semi-detached Elmwood and the three-bedroom semi-detached Harris house styles. The three-bedroom detached Forres and the five-bedroom detached Rothesay have also been released.
