A Livingston-headquartered property developer has announced the appointment of a new senior leadership role, signalling a ‘robust’ phase of growth and expansion.
Paul Winters has been appointed as the new construction director at Dundas in a move designed to strengthen the housebuilder’s position in the sector.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and a portfolio of managing large-scale projects. He previously held positions at Akela Construction, where he served as director of operations and technical director.
