AVANT Homes Scotland is poised to deliver 92 new homes in Tranent after being granted planning permission for a £31 million development.
Called Thistle Meadows and located off South Glynn Walk, the site will comprise a mix of three, four, and five-bedroom homes. It will feature 10 of Avant’s housetypes including semi-detached and detached homes.
Work is scheduled to start this month and it is anticipated the first properties will be released for sale in June, with the first residents tipped to move into their new homes in February 2025.
