GRAHAM + Sibbald has announced the promotion of Lewis Redpath to associate following eight years’ of experience at the firm having first joined as a graduate surveyor in 2016.
Based in the chartered surveyors and property consultants’ Edinburgh office, some of Lewis’ most recent works includes managing commercial fit-out projects, development monitoring, dilapidations and undertaking RCA portfolios.
His day-to-day work includes schedules of condition, defect analysis, building survey reports, as well as acting for both the landlord and tenant in the negotiation and settlement of schedules of dilapidations.
Supported by director Jared Neville; chartered surveyor, Alistair Nicol; and graduate surveyor, Gavin McBain, Graham + Sibbald said that Lewis’ promotion helps to push forward an already strong team – from contract administration of various refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 to an excess of £1 million, including specification and design, procurement, and project management through to completion.
In his new role, Lewis will have greater involvement in the management of the team and will play an important role in the future growth of the department.
Jared Neville commented, “It’s an exciting and busy time for us as a team and across the business as we continue on an upward growth trajectory. This next step in Lewis’ career is very well deserved and I have confidence in the fact that he will continue to push our service offering forward.”
