DAWN Homes has announced the final phase of its Cambuslang development, which is already sparking interest from nearly 1,400 home buyers.
1,387 people have registered their interest in the selection of 55 properties that make up the final phase of the Camas Walk development just off Bogleshole Road.
The new phase includes three, four and five-bedroom homes, which will be available to reserve this month. Those signed up to the mailing list will have the opportunity to secure the home they want before the properties are released for sale to the wider public.
Liz Cleghorn, regional sales director, said, “Our earlier phases of homes at Cambuslang have been hugely successful and we’re not surprised home buyers are signing up to the wait list to be among the first to find out exclusive details of the homes here such as the plots within the first release and the prices.
“Competitive mortgage products are on the market once again and with that, buyers are now seizing the opportunity to move to their first home, to get more space, or to live in their preferred location. Our final phase at Cambuslang includes a collection of homes that will suit a range of buyers and we’re excited to bring these to the market in a few weeks.”
