ROBERTSON Construction North East has been appointed to deliver a three-year capital works programme for The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust through ProCure23.
The contractor will carry out a programme of capital projects, predominantly at the Freeman Hospital and the Royal Victoria Infirmary sites. Projects are envisaged to include theatre and ward refurbishment programmes, clinical improvements, public facing refurbishments, and critical infrastructure/backlog maintenance upgrades.

ProCure23 is NHS England’s route to market for the provision of design and construction services to capital projects within healthcare.
