30 Semple Street, which has been described as one of Edinburgh’s newest and greenest office developments, has secured its first pre-letting.
Six months prior to completion of building works, Hymans Robertson is the first tenant to sign up to the office development being undertaken by Corran Properties Limited on behalf of CBRE Investment Management in Edinburgh’s Exchange District.
The pensions and investment advisory firm has committed to lease the 5th and 6th floors – extending to 14,700 sq. ft. – along with roof-top terraces.
30 Semple Street has achieved BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, a design-reviewed NABERS 5* target rating and a platinum AirScore.

With construction works ongoing, the building is due to complete in September. The landlord’s team was represented by Knight Frank, Cuthbert White and Brodies. Hymans Robertson was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and Burness Paull.
