A ‘rarely available’ 7.49-acre parcel of land at Old Plean in Stirlingshire has been brought to market.
With an asking price of offers over £350,000, the open field site is being marketed by DM Hall. It has secure boundaries and, subject to planning consents, may be suitable for development, equestrian or other use.
Historically, the field has been used for agricultural purposes, with a neighbouring area sold in 2007 for residential development. A right of access through the residential development site is included within the sale.
Old Plean lies just south of the village of Plean, some five miles from Stirling. Within the immediate vicinity is the Plean Country Park, owned by Stirling Council.
Jennifer Campbell of DM Hall’s rural property team said, “This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking a land investment either for their own use or for development, subject to obtaining the required consents.”
