CLARK Contracts has expressed its joy at being appointed by the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) onto its £100 million refurbishment and modernisation framework.

The Paisley-based contractor has been appointed to two multi-trade lots of the framework, which will cover projects up to £2.5 million in value.

The framework will support the delivery of a range of works including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, electrical installations, painting and decorating, environmental, and external works. It can also support multi-disciplinary projects including adaptations, roofing, and mould prevention.

Clark Contracts has already been appointed to SPA’s public buildings and infrastructure framework and new build housing construction framework, as well as several other public sector frameworks.

MD Gordon Cunningham said, “Having delivered over £150 million of refurbishment works in the last three years, we are delighted to be appointed to another framework for SPA, and look forward to delivering a range of refurbishment and modernisation works for their members.”
