Also in Aberdeen, Clark will be delivering the design and build of the new 65-bed Pitfodels Care Home for Meallmore.

In addition to these projects, the contractor has been appointed to two new frameworks run by Prosper, for Passive Fire Safety works and Decarbonisation Retrofit projects which will operate for the next four years.

MD Gordon Cunningham said, “Having celebrated our 45th year in business last year, it is fantastic to have recorded such a strong start to the year, across numerous sectors and geographical areas, which will support our continued growth. We are looking forward to working with both our new and existing customers throughout the coming year.”
