Nick Noble, commercial & events director at Future PLC, said, “We are looking forward to returning to Scotland this May and welcoming serious self-builders and home renovators, who see their home as their number one asset. The show provides businesses with a fast-track opportunity to connect face to face with consumers who are planning substantial investment in their home.

“Visitors, with their combination of live projects and substantial budgets, provides exhibitors with the opportunity to open new commercial streams and significant ROI. We’d be delighted to meet anyone interested in exhibiting in 2025 at the SEC in May.”

The Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show covers a range of interests from extensions; conversions; home DIY; planning permission; interiors; lighting; doors; windows; renewable technologies; heating systems; project insurance; energy efficiency; home insurance; building regulations; and more.

This year’s show is sponsored by Fleming Homes, who design and manufacture bespoke timber frame houses in Scotland for supply across the UK.

Sarah Mathieson, MD of Fleming Homes, added, “We are delighted to sponsor The Scottish Homebuilding & Renovating Show. We’ve been an exhibitor at the show for over 10 years and find it is a great way to raise awareness of Fleming Homes and meet face to face with self-builders with live projects. We look forward to a successful show and meeting existing and new clients.”
