KNIGHT Property Group has announced that St Swithin Row in Aberdeen’s west end is now fully let.

Q&A Law Practice has agreed to lease the final office suite, marking full occupancy of all four suites within the building.

Established in 2021 by partners Lewis Quinn and Mike Anderson, the boutique law firm has secured a five-year lease on Suite B, a 970 sq ft ground floor office space. This ten-desk open plan office includes a meeting room and offers two car parking spaces, one of which has an EV charging point.

The firm, currently comprising five staff, has relocated from offices on Queen’s Road and specialises in commercial property, general contract and employment law.

Lewis Quinn said, “Securing this new office aligns with our business development strategy, providing us with quality space in a prime west end location, which offers visibility and accessibility for our clients. We have ambitions to develop our business and this office offers space and flexibility to facilitate future growth.”

Daniel Mitchell, management surveyor at Knight Property Group, added, “Q&A is a great addition to the quality tenant lineup at St Swithin Row and we extend our best wishes for their future success. The agreement with Q&A Law Practice as the final occupier highlights the growing demand for office space in Aberdeen’s west end.”

Other tenants in the building are Ardyne, Barra Energy, and Braemar Shipbroking Limited.
