MAIN contractor Tilbury Douglas recently handed over the new fleet depot project in Bellshill to North Lanarkshire Council (NLC).
The goal was to provide a new facility to service, maintain and MOT NLC’s light goods and heavy goods vehicle fleet.
Tilbury Douglas was tasked with leading the design and construction of the two-storey industrial depot within an existing NLC live site. The facility contains a workshop, storage unit, open plan office, interview rooms and welfare accommodation.
