AVANT Homes Scotland has announced that work is underway on the final 35 homes on a 16.5-acre site at its £60 million Carnethy Heights development in Penicuik.
This represents the third and final phase of the project which, once complete, will comprise 165 properties. All remaining homes are four and five-bedroom detached homes.
Avant said it has a range of incentives on selected homes at the development and My Move Made Easy where the housebuilder will help a buyer sell their existing home.
