BALFOUR Beatty has announced that Anne Drinkwater, a non-executive director since December 2018, will succeed Dr Stephen Billingham as senior independent non-executive director when he steps down from the board following the 2024 AGM in May.
The contractor added that Anne will continue as chair of the remuneration committee and as a member of the safety and sustainability committee.
