NARRO has announced that Lily Erskine, an associate and section leader in the firm’s Edinburgh office, won the Emerging Professional of the Year accolade at the Association of Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) Awards ceremony in London.
The ACE Awards honour outstanding achievements and contributions within the consultancy and engineering industry. Narro explained that Lily’s ‘exceptional talent, commitment to excellence, and dedication to nurturing and developing her team’ have set her apart as a rising star.
Lily is said to have demonstrated ‘exemplary’ leadership and expertise in her role. Narro added that her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver outstanding results has not only impressed her colleagues but also contributed significantly to the success of the projects she has been involved in.
Lily also heads the Narro diversity and opportunity committee, driving improvements to the practice’s inclusivity policies and promoting engineering as a career for underrepresented groups.

Narro’s civil engineering team was highly commended in the Best Transport Project category for Active Annandale, one of several active travel projects the team is involved with.
