CUSHMAN & Wakefield has appointed Jill Gayford as a partner heading up the asset services team in Scotland.
Most recently the manager of Pentlands Science Park in Penicuik, Jill brings 20 years’ experience to the role, having previously held senior positions with BNP Paribas, Galbraith and Applied Capital.
The asset services team look after a number of multi-let offices and retail parks including 1 New Park Square and The Gyle Shopping Centre in Edinburgh, and Springfield Quay in Glasgow. Jill will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s national property management remit, based predominantly from the Edinburgh office.
