REAL estate advisor CBRE has announced the appointment of Sarah Hagen as a director. She will be based in the firm’s Glasgow office and will lead the Glasgow office agency team with responsibility for investor and occupier services.
Sarah joins following a nine-year stint at Knight Frank, where she has been a partner.
Her key clients have included Ardstone, Topland, HFD, Columbia Threadneedle and Esson Properties. CBRE revealed she has played a ‘pivotal’ role in some of Glasgow’s most notable refurbishment projects in recent years, including Sentinel and 100 Queen Street as well as the new development at 177 Bothwell Street. Sarah also sits on the judging panel for the British Council for Offices Awards in Scotland.
