A Scottish housebuilder is urging prospective buyers to secure a new ready-made home in time for Christmas.
Dundas says its homes in Uphall Station, West Lothian provide an ‘ideal opportunity’ for those who have struggled in the competitive property market this year, but are still hoping to be settled into their new home for the festive season.
The Livingston-based developer added that buyers can move into a number of selected homes in as little as four weeks. The move comes after Dundas announced it would implement a seven-day working week after listening to wishes from clients to deliver a round-the-clock service.Â
Client manager Calum Miller explained, “We know that for many, the goal is to be settled into their new home in time for Christmas. Our new-build properties provide the perfect solution for those still house-hunting at this late stage. With an off-plan purchase, we can work to an agreed completion date and make sure new owners receive the keys in time to deck the halls and welcome in the new year from the comfort of their new home.”
Calum said Dundas can work to tailored timescales to suit buyers’ requirements and lending approvals.
Uphall Station Village site caters for 266 three, four, and five-bedroom homes, and comprises of 18 different housing types and a community hub.
