TILBURY Douglas has appointed Lucy Davies as social value & sustainability director.
Lucy has more than 15 years of experience in construction, most recently as head of social value at Tilbury Douglas. In her new role, she will be tasked with driving the business’ People, Planet, Performance (PPP) Strategy.
To support this, Tilbury Douglas has also appointed Laura Marshall as social value co-ordinator and Lanre Oluborode as sustainability advisor. Laura brings more than 12 years of social value related experience to the role, while Lanre has a background as an energy/sustainability consultant who specialises in carbon and energy analysis.
Mark Buckle, technical director at Tilbury Douglas, said, “With a strong background in social value and sustainability, Lucy is well placed to lead our PPP Team and strategy, which aims to provide a joined-up approach for our business and customers to create and record long-lasting sustainable value.”
