HOUSEBUILDER Taylor Wimpey West Scotland’s staff charities committee has donated £1,000 to Early Years Scotland to support a variety of projects the charity runs from the Tannahill Centre in Paisley.

Early Years Scotland is a specialist organisation that supports Scotland’s youngest children from pre-birth to the age of five. Its fully qualified early years practitioners work with children and their families to deliver stay play and learn sessions in settings across Scotland.

Gary Lindsay, fundraising manager for Early Years Scotland, said, “On behalf of the families who reach out to us for support, we would like to thank Taylor Wimpey West Scotland’s staff and charities committee for their generous donation of £1000. This is a much-welcomed boost that will contribute towards delivering a range of activities within our programme at the Tannahill Centre in Paisley.”

Lynsey Cooper, representative from Taylor Wimpey West Scotland’s charity committee, added, “We are delighted to be able to support Early Years Scotland and the incredible range of activities that it provides to young families in Paisley. Being able to show our support for local community groups where many of our staff live means a great deal to us, and we are very proud that our donation will go on to provide lots of fun and enjoyment for lots of families in the Paisley area. Working with local groups and charities is so important to us.”
