CRUDEN is calling on local businesses and SMEs to attend its upcoming meet the buyer event for its Silverlea housing project in Edinburgh.
Silverlea is being delivered by Cruden on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council and forms part of the £1.3 billion regeneration of Granton Waterfront.
The net zero development will bring 142 energy-efficient apartments to the local community built across a mix of two four-storey and colony blocks.
The one-hour meet the buyer event starts at 9.30am on Tuesday 21 November at Edinburgh College Apprentice Lounge. Local construction businesses will have the chance to hear about the upcoming plans for Silverlea, meet with Cruden’s senior team, and share their own expertise in a bid to support the delivery of the project.
All local construction businesses are welcome to attend the event. Cruden said it is ‘especially interested’ in speaking to those specialising in timber frame, facing brick, flat and traditional pitched roofing, air-source heat pumps, electrical vehicle charging, landscaping, PVs, and internal finishing.
