A Glasgow-based construction consultancy is celebrating being recognised as Building Magazine’s fastest rising construction consultancy of 2023.
Soben has risen 24 places this year in the Top 150 Consultants rankings. Furthermore, the company has also entered the listing’s Top 50 Surveyors for the first time, placed at 31.
Scott Smyth, founder and CEO of Soben, has set an ambitious global growth trajectory for the company. His vision has guided Soben’s ‘rapid’ international expansion, taking Soben’s home-grown expertise onto the global stage. From its East Kilbride HQ, Soben has secured clients across North and South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia-Pacific.
Soben is benefiting from participation in the Scale Up Scotland 2.0 Programme, a strategic initiative operated by The Hunter Foundation (THF) in partnership with Scottish National Investment Bank. The programme provides strategic support to ambitious, high-growth, Scottish businesses, aiming to grow their turnover from £20 million to over £100 million.
