KIRKWOOD Homes as been awarded the Best Show Home accolade The Herald Property Awards for its ‘Gullane’ show home in Inchmarlo, Banchory.

The five-bedroom detached house boasts almost 300m² of internal floor space and is the largest in Kirkwood’s portfolio, with it featuring a ‘spacious’ open-plan kitchen, dining and family area, as well as ‘generous’ sized bedrooms all complete with built-in storage.

Colin Crombie, MD of Kirkwood Homes, said, “We are extremely proud to have won Best Show Home, especially as we were the only finalist representing Aberdeen city and shire in the category. This highlights the hard work of the whole Kirkwood team, from the site managers to our sales team, and the superb quality of each home we build.

“Since launching our grandest showhome, we’ve received so much positive feedback from all that walk through the doors, so it’s great to receive this accolade and recognition by the expert judges.

“We can’t wait to welcome even more budding homebuyers to our award-winning show home and allow them to experience the quality and attention to detail that goes into creating Scotland’s best show home.”
