STIRLING-based Avant Homes West Scotland has appointed Linda Rennie as new regional sales manager as part of the company’s expansion plans.
Linda has been promoted to her new role following more than 11 years as sales advisor for the housebuilder. She joined Avant in 2011 and served as the sales advisor for several of the region’s developments in Scotland.
In her new role, Linda will be tasked with overseeing sales at Avant West Scotland’s five live developments which range from Draffen Park in Stewarton to Darach Fields in Robroyston.
Linda said, “I’m very happy to be taking on this new challenge within the company in what is set to be an exciting time for Avant Homes West Scotland. We are expanding into new areas of the country and our sales team is fully focused on helping prospective customers become owners of our energy efficient new homes located in popular places.”
