‘New generation’ of office building in Aberdeen launched to market

CBRE has announced the launch to market of The Apex office development in Dyce, Aberdeen.

Acting alongside Graham and Sibbald, CBRE has been instructed to let the building which recently featured in the movie Tetris, with the accommodation currently undergoing extensive refurbishment works.

Extending to 70,000 sq ft over three levels, The Apex is said to benefit from ‘high quality, modern office space’ and an EPC A rating. There are offices available from 1,000 sq ft and provisions for a refurbished canteen, business lounge, cafe and gym. There will be a central communal space which boasts a three-storey glass atrium and views of the surrounding area.

The building is equipped with 24-hour monitored CCTV and ‘extensive’ parking with newly installed EV charging stations. The building currently draws 50% of its energy from zero carbon sources.

The Apex recently secured its first tenant in Network DNA.
